Mr. Wang joined DM Capital in 2008 as a Partner managing the Firm’s research, consulting, and investment operations in Eastern China. 

 

He has sat on the Board of Longlife Group (08037.hk) and co-managed DM Capital’s restructuring of the Group. Prior to 2008, Mr. Wang held the CFO position (PRC and ASEAN countries) of ETAM, a French public company (TAM) with Rmb 3.5 billion sales in China.  He also held board director and CFO positions at Dawnray Pharmaceuticals (02348.hk) between 2001 and 2005. Prior to this, he worked as the Finance and Taxation Director of Suzhou Sino-Singapore Industrial Park and also taught at Suzhou University.

 

Mr. Wang has a Master's Degree of Accounting from Suzhou University.
