In order to perform accurate due diligence, and to work with portfolio companies efficiently, Harmony set up offices across the three main economic clusters in China: Shenzhen covering the Pearl River Delta, Shanghai covering the Yangtze River Delta, and Beijing covering the Bohai Gulf Ring. We also have on-the-ground presence in Hong Kong to liaise with the headquarters of public companies, especially their Investor relations departments.

 

We strive to serve our portfolio companies better and our international investors more closely by operating liaison offices in New York and Zurich. Harmony’s international advisors play a critical role in benchmarking international players for our portfolio companies.  This practice not only results in better understanding and valuing of our target sectors and companies, but also helps our value creation process.
