Mr. Adamec joined DM Capital in 2012 as a Partner managing private equity investments. He has significant experience in management consulting and financial management.

 

Mr. Adamec has 10 years of experience at McKinsey & Company, with 7 years spent in Hong Kong leading the ASIEN Asset Management and Insurance practice.  Subsequently, he has served as the CFO of Winterthur Life & Pensions in Switzerland, which was the 10th largest life insurer in Europe and a subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group. Mr. Adamec is also the co-founder and previous board member of eBaoTech Corporation, a Shanghai-headquartered insurance technology company with a staff of approximately 1000 insurance and IT professionals.

 

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Zurich.
