Mr. Vlak is the Managing Director of DM Capital (North America) LLC in New York, USA. Mr. Vlak joined Mr. Zheng about 20 years ago as an advisor and co-investor.

 

He was previously a partner at Katzenbach Partners , a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and an investment banker in the Global Health Care Group at Lehman Brothers.

 

Mr. Vlak holds a BA from Amherst College and MBA from Stanford University.
